Ganga Dynasty (1038-1435AD) (गंगा राजवंश Hindi)

गंगा राजवंश भारतीय उपमहाद्वीप पर एक हिंदू शक्ति थी।इन्हें पूर्वी गंगा के नाम से भी जाना जाता है।उन्होंने आधुनिक भारतीय राज्य ओडिशा की पकड़ पर शासन किया।इस वंश का संस्थापक कमरनव (Kamarnava)था। उनकी राजधानी कलिंग नगर के नाम से जानी जाती थी।

अनंत वर्मा वज्रहस्ता 5 1038 ई. में उड़ीसा में गंग वंश की मजबूती से स्थापना की। 12वीं सदी के अंत तक अनंत वर्मा चोडुंगा देव से लेकर गंगा राजवंश तक गंगा से गोदावरी तक फैले कारण पर शासन करने से पहले का है।

वैष्णववाद को शाही संरक्षण प्राप्त हुआ और वैष्णव मंदिर ने मुखलिंगम, श्री कुमारन, सिम्हाचलम और पुरी को आकर्षित किया।इस साम्राज्य ने मुस्लिम आक्रमण को मजबूती से रोका। गंगा शासन के दौरान उड़ीसा मंदिर वास्तुकला पहुँचे यह चरमोत्कर्ष है जो नरसिंह देव प्रथमा द्वारा कोणार्क में प्रसिद्ध और मंदिर का निर्माण है।

गंगा वंश के आयातक शासक ओ यार चोद दूंगा देव ने 1077 से 1147 ई. में और राजा राजा द्वितीया 1170 से 1190 ई. और आनंद भीमदेव तृतीया 1211 से 1238 ई. और नरसिंह देव प्रथमा 1238 से 1264 ई. भानु देव चतुर्थ 1414 से 1435 ईस्वी अंतिम गंगा राजा थे। उन्हें उनके मंत्री द्वारा धोखा दिया गया था जब वह रेडिस कपिलेश्वर रौत्रय के खिलाफ दो अभियान चला रहे थे।

गंग वंश का शासक स्वर्ण युग माना जाता है। राजा राजा द्वितीया के कारण महान जयदेव वन। कोणार्क में विश्व प्रसिद्ध सूर्य मंदिर नरसिंह देव प्रथम द्वारा बनवाया गया था। जगन्नाथ मंदिर का निर्माण गंगा राजवंश के दौरान आनंद भीमदेव तृतीया द्वारा किया गया था।
